Rough draft essay on school uniforms

Edison school district is trying to change the policy so schools in Edison have to wear school uniforms. If we have school uniforms than we can't be who we really be. Two out of two students that have to wear school uniforms, that go to Woodbridge Middle Schools don't like wearing school uniforms for several reasons. School uniforms are not comfortable. When you wear school uniforms, you can't express who you are. You also have to spend more money. Also what if in your religion you have to wear certain clothes.
     What if someone's religion is set up so you have to wear certain clothes. Some religions you have to cover up all of your skin. Also in certain religions you have to wear other certain clothes. People who like the idea of school uniforms might say, well they should go to a diffrent school. Edison township schools are public and that is ridiculose that someone has to go to a diffrent school becouse of their religion.
     You can't express yourself! You can't wear certain clothes that represent you. You also can't support your favorite football team's jersey. Everyone looks the same so it looks almost like a military school. The school, students and the teachers can't have fun on a college shirt day. Or a school spirit day. Or a pajama day. Although you can still express yourself after your childhood, you will want to look back as a grown up and be happy about your childhood memories and the fact that you had fun. If you have school uniforms you will then look back and see bad memories of when you had to wear school, uniforms.
     You have to pay more money. What if you are poor and you can't afford school uniforms and normal clothes. People will have to extra laundry which would raise their water bill which would pay your money. Other people may say that they then couldn't get bullied. But, that is wrong because the same bully will just pick on someone else.

       The light is finally here! The light remote is not your average remote! The light remote has the reception of a satellite. The light remote is also great for road trips because of it’s new and improved compact size! But that’s not all the light remote circuitry is said up so that it won’t ignite from pressing random buttons. My commercial should be put on after the famous three o’clock news. You are probably thinking how will this benefit our business and not just the light company’s business? Studies have shown that when we were advertising on the four o’clock news their viewing skyrocketed. This decision would be good for you and me. This is why my commercial should be on after the three o’clock news.
     The light remote is not your average remote. The light remote has been changed and altered so many times that we found a way so that the light remote is small enough to put into your pocket, but despite it’s small size it is still that really strong remote. It also has a little tiny hook with a key on it so you can put it on your key chain with the rest of your keys. Also o my ultimate light switch you do not have to say on or off, or clap, or whistle you just push a button. We have perfected the radio frequency, so that it has the reception of a top grade million dollar military satellite! You can even turn off and on the lights from up to one hundred yards away! The light remote is also virtually indestructible! But, not only all of those great claims, but there is a little tiny red light, so that you now if you are actually turning on or off the lights incase your eyes have not noticed yet.
     The light remote is also appositely spectacular for road trips! The light remote also comes with nifty batteries and replacement batteries so you don’t have to hunt through every Target, Walgreens and Home Depot for this battery. The light on the top of the light remote will blink whenever you have to change the batteries, so you don’t get harmful battery leakage all over your beautiful light remote.
Other leading brands might say that my light remote will ignite after pressing random buttons! But, I will like to put all of those rumors to rest. That is not true, we have rewired our circuitry so that can’t and won’t happen to anyone. We have also made it large enough so it can’t be swallowed by teething newborns. YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS PRODUCT!

Rflection on comercial on school

     I think that it was a lot of fun to do the comercial because, it was like we were salesman creating our own comercial. For inascent people to get scammed from seeing how good it is and bring it home and realizing that it is a liece of garbage. Looking back I think that maybe it would have been better at home because we could have had more tries, we could have added stuff and we could have better props then the ones we had in school. Allthough we get the same grade weather we do it at home or in class. So, it is not THAT big of a deal. All and all, I think that this was a wonderful expeirence and I can,t wait to present my finished essay infront of the class on day two!!!!!!!!!!!

     I thought of for my product to have a remote that will turn on and off the lights! I thought of this magnificent product, because of my Christmas lights outside of my house. It will be a lot nicer to turn off your lights in bed with the easy press of a button ten having to get out of bed and turn off the lights all sleepy and tired.

Other Traditions

     Another tradition that I do in my family is on Easter I draw on the easter eggs with hot melted wax. We use the end of a pencil and a pin is stuck in the eraser. We dip the pin head into hot melted wax. Whenever you draw on the eggs the color  dye won't stick on the parts where you put the wax. Some of these eggs are really artistic and pretty with the complicated designs. Then on Easter we then eat the hard boiled eggs with white borsch, a traditional polish easter soup with eggs, kielbasa, and potatoes in the soup. I personally think that it tastes fantastic! That is my Easter tradition.

New teacher

     Whenever I found out that Mrs. Patalano was going to leave, and we were going to have a subsitute for her. I was a little worried because of how good of a teacher Mrs. Patalano was. I was worried is the teacher going to be nice? Will she give a lot of homework? I really didn't know what to expect. On the first day that we had the "new teacher" it turned out that she really didn't give a lot of homework. She actually turned out to be nice. She actually turned out to be a really fun teacher. She actually turned out to be a really good teacher. Allthough this "new teacher" is really fun, I still can't wait until Mrs. patalano comesback. THIS WILL BE A FUN MARKING PERIOD!

Holiday Traditions

    Christmas is my favorite time of the year. What I love about Christmas is the colorful christmas tree, with little tiny ornaments hanging on as if they were icicles hanging off a roof. I love the warm smell of cookies. On Christmas Eve, I go to my grandmother's house to celabrate. We fast all day until we see the first star. We break the fast by sharing bread. Each person goes up to everyone who is there and breaks a piece of their bread off and they break a piece of your bread off. When you take their piece, you make a wish for that person. For example, I might wish for someone to be healthy. We eat borch, pierogies and fish; we don't eat any meat. We also do a grab bag gift where everyone brings one present to exchange. After we exchange gifts, we sing Polish and English Christmas Carols and eat cookies. On Chritmas morning, I open gifts at my mom's and then I go with my dad to my other grandparent's house to celabrate Christmas.We eat ham, corn, mashed potatoes and delicious pies. My grandmother is a fabulous baker. That is what I do as a tradition on the holidays.
